I'm Julian McAlpine. I'm curious about a lot of things, and I tend to build my way into understanding them.

Mostly that curiosity lives around security, AI, and the point where software starts making its own decisions. I like taking things apart to see how they fail, and I like making things that did not exist before, whether that is a tool, a game, or a piece of writing.

This site is the permanent home for all of it. Everything I publish lands here first, so it does not scatter across platforms that come and go.
